The walnut racks are beautiful! They go with everything, and the velvet carry bag is also very nice. I’ve had many compliments on the racks.

I am disappointed. One of the pushers is warped. I reached out to see about replacing and no one has contacted me. I see this is a known issue in previous reviews of this item. I would very much like a replacement.

I was very excited to receive these racks. The color is wonderful BUT…the pushers do not stay attached and seem to be warped on all FOUR racks. I have reached out to the chat feature of the company and was told to send an email with a description of my problem. I did this two days ago and included pictures. I have yet to hear back from the company and wish there was someone to talk to. I’m quite disappointed because I’ve heard many good things about the products. Yet very little customer service.
