Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Bam Bird Boutique. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your merchandise within 14 days from the date of receipt for a full refund. All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received and in the original packaging including any shrink-wrapped items which must be unopened for a full refund.
If the item is shrink-wrapped and the shrink-wrapped has been opened, we can accept the return if it is within the 14 day return window and all items are complete; however, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Return shipping cost will be paid for by the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact us at  with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Once a return request is submitted and approved, customers have 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.

If the return shipment is not received within 14 days of the approved request, the return will be considered canceled, and the original order will be marked as final sale. At that point, the item(s) will no longer be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
