Shipping policy

Thank you for your order from Bam Bird Boutique. All orders will be packed and shipped within 4 business of the date of purchase with the exception of orders containing custom items (embroidery) or items that are on pre-order. Please allow 2-4 weeks for shipment of custom items. Pre-order items will ship within 4 business days of the item being restocked.
