Great customer service replacing a tile that didn't match the rest of the set!

The customer service with Bam Bird Boutique is amazing. I had a minor issue with a couple of tiles from my Art Deco set. They immediately ordered replacements for the tiles and they shipped quickly. I highly recommend the Art Deco tiles they are gorgeous. This is my second Bam Bird Boutique set and I will continue to come back for the high quality and excellent customer service.

I was so disappointed when I realized that my new travel set had had five 9 bams and only three 8 bams. I wish that's a couples from service and then realized that I didnt have a order code because I picked it up at a local boutique. Support was absolutely fabulous and sent me a free replacement tile for free and it came in today and I'm so excited to take my set to Europe this summer!
