The East Meets West tile set combines lively, vibrant colors with our stunning designs and a gorgeous tortoise shell acrylic layered back. Featuring numbered flowers, this set caters to both American mahjong and traditional Chinese styles of play.
The tile set comes with a two-tone color-block velvet tile bag OR you can upgrade to a custom sized lucite display box that is just the right size for this beautiful set for an additional $20. Each tile set comes with two dice and a tile guide that shows all of the tile designs on one side and some things to remember about the game of mahjong on the other side, just in case you need a quick refresh.

Set includes:
- 160 tiles (36 bams, 36 craks, 36 dots, 8 flowers, 16 winds, 12 dragons, 10 jokers, 6 blanks). Remove 2 jokers and 6 blanks for National Mah Jongg League play.

These are beautiful! I was looking for a tortoise backed tile and so happy I got these! Pandas are adorable.
This lucite box for the East Meets West Tortoise Shell tile set is perfect for displaying, organizing and storing the tiles. It's sturdy and attractive.
You know they are 5 star when even the picky husband approves. Bright colors and very readable.
I was so excited to get these tiles and am so disappointed in the face colors chosen. The pale lime green/yellow is unreadable. 2 of the flowers literally look like blank tiles. The pale blue & pale yellow on the dots are hard to see too. The winds aren’t my favorite either. The font is small and hard to read and there’s no direction of the clouds to know which is which. In my excitement I broke them open before really looking at them and now cannot return them. I’m so sad :( I should have gone with the classic faces.
