Gather your favorite people for a private mahjong experience designed to celebrate, connect, and have a great time together. Whether you’re planning a birthday, girls’ night, corporate gathering, shower, or simply a fun get-together, our private events offer a relaxed and memorable way to play.

Choose the event option that works best for your group — with or without instructors, and with space for up to 16 or 32 guests. Every event includes an event host who will handle setup and cleanup, so you can focus on enjoying your time with your guests.

Semi-Private Event — No Instructors

Up to 16 guests | 4 tables | 2.5 hours

Enjoy a 2.5-hour semi-private event with up to 16 guests across 4 tables. This option is perfect for groups who already know how to play and want to enjoy time together in a fun, social setting.

Includes:

• Semi-private event space for 2.5 hours
• Up to 16 guests at 4 tables
• Light snacks
• 2 bottles of Prosecco
• Event host to set up and clean up for your event

Full-Private Event — No Instructors

Up to 32 guests | 8 tables | 2.5 hours

Make the occasion even bigger with a full-private event for up to 32 guests. With 8 tables and 2.5 hours of play, there’s plenty of room for everyone to gather, socialize, and enjoy the game.

Includes:

• Full-private event space for 2.5 hours
• Up to 32 guests at 8 tables
• Light snacks
• 4 bottles of Prosecco
• Event host to set up and clean up for your event

New to mahjong or want a little guidance along the way? Our instructor-led semi-private event includes everything you need for a fun and engaging introduction to the game. Two instructors will provide a lesson and help your group get comfortable at the tables.

• Up to 16 guests at 4 tables
• Light snacks
• 2 bottles of Prosecco
• 2 instructors to provide a mahjong lesson (we suggest 1 instructor per 8 guests. If more of less instructors are needed, please reach out to lisa@bambirdboutique.com)

Full-Private Event — With Instructors

Up to 32 guests | 8 tables | 2.5 hours

Bring the whole group! This full-private experience accommodates up to 32 guests across 8 tables and includes two instructors to guide your guests through a mahjong lesson.
