The classic tile set is our take on an American mahjong tile set and is beautiful, dainty, and feminine. We incorporated some of our favorite colors as well as some beautiful symbols and icons.
The tile set comes with a two-tone color-block velvet tile bag OR you can upgrade to a custom sized lucite display box that is just the right size for this beautiful set for an additional $20. Each tile set comes with two dice and a tile guide that shows all of the tile designs on one side and some things to remember about the game of mahjong on the other side, just in case you need a quick refresh.

Set includes:
160 tiles (36 bams, 36 craks, 36 dots, 8 flowers, 16 winds, 12 dragons, 10 jokers, 6 blanks). Remove 2 jokers and 6 blanks for National Mah Jongg League play.

I like these lavender tiles much better than the pink as the color is true lavender and not too pale.

The tiles are so much smaller than I expected. Almost like a travel tile. Easy enough to read - so that’s good. The color is also paler pink than I expected - more like a peach vs. pink. Hard to see that from the pictures. The velvet bag it came in is great as was the quick delivery within a week.

Love my tiles
Love my tiles, but have written that one of my dark blue wood racks has a warped pusher board and asked to have a new piece sent to me. I still have not heard back from Bird Bam Boutique regarding this issue.
